It is a wonderful and joyful experience at the Four Seasons Shenzhen. The staff are super friendly and attentive. Special thanks to Alison Li, Max Lin and Melody Feng who made our stay a memorable one. I asked the hotel to prepare some special welcome gift for my child as the stay was to celebrate her belated birthday. The staff took special notice and they prepared a beautiful cake and balloons and gifts for my girl. It was a good surprise and my daughter loved it. Not our first time to celebrate my daughter’s birthday at Four Seasons but truly this time was a memorable one. The hotel location is great and the shopping malls are easily accessed. Our booking was the club room and it was spacious with super nice decor. Needless to mention Four Seasons services - superb. I loved their breakfast and I have to admit the food selection is one of the best I have ever had. This is truly a money for value deal and I will rebook it for my next stay.

All the staff, from reception to the gym and club lounge, were very friendly and welcoming. They always made an effort to chat with guests. As it was a birthday celebration, the room was prepared with birthday decorations and a cake. The Club room was very spacious and comfortable. Hotel location: convenient. Service: excellent. Cleanliness: excellent. Breakfast: great choices.

Four Season hotel upgraded us to 70 Sqm rooms (2 twin beds room) and provided complimentary birthday cakes for each room. All the staffs in the executive lounge are very nice and professional. You can enjoy the hot food is served during 5:30-8pm in the executive lounge if don’t want to dine out. Ms Linna Guo is very helpful and considerate in “check out” and luggage storage. My friend said the lifeguards in the swimming pool are very caring too. Overall, we had a very good stay in Four Season hotel and love to come back next time.

This time it was a birthday celebration, and the hotel staff were very attentive. The hotel even sent a birthday cake, and the staff were excellent, wishing me a happy birthday. It felt like the entire hotel staff were helping the birthday person celebrate. The bed was very comfortable, and overall I was very satisfied. Hotel location: very convenient, with a large shopping mall nearby. Breakfast: very good taste. Service: contacted in advance to ask if there were any special requests.

Overall, I was very satisfied. Max Lin at the front desk even upgraded my room. The room was very comfortable and had an electric toilet. Every staff member was very polite, and the executive lounge food and service were excellent. I'm very pleased. The transportation is convenient, close to the Exhibition Centre Station, and there are indoor and outdoor swimming pools. The buffet breakfast food was abundant, but the staff were a bit slow in clearing plates, which is unacceptable for a five-star hotel. Overall, it was very comfortable and pleasant, and I would definitely come again.

The overall service was above average. Because this package was a free upgrade rather than a direct booking of an executive room, the front desk service was not ideal. The staff member gave me the impression that he was afraid I would take advantage, and just wanted me to leave as quickly as possible. He didn't even mention the basic check-out time. However, to be fair, apart from him, all the other staff members were very enthusiastic and polite.

An unbeatable price for three people, including a high tea, a light dinner, and breakfast – truly a deal that can't be beaten! The room (Business Executive Room) was spacious and comfortable, with a living area. The hotel staff were excellent and immediately helped us change to two twin beds (because we had children)! It's truly worth visiting again and again!

The front desk staff were attentive, friendly, and polite, arranging an early check-in and allowing a late check-out until 1 PM. The lounge offers afternoon tea and dinner, and during the interim, you can enjoy drinks, ice cream, and fruit. The breakfast at the 6th-floor restaurant is a rich buffet with a wide variety of food. Children's toiletries are also provided, which is very thoughtful.

Excellent service and food. We, a family of three, are particularly impressed by the cocktail varieties and the buffet breakfast. Yummy Cantonese foods!
