First, I'd like to thank the staff for their attentive service. We hadn't called the hotel to book a table after purchasing our meal vouchers, and the hotel's buffet was fully booked today! The staff first arranged outdoor seating and an air-conditioning fan for us, and then, after a cancellation, moved us to an indoor table. This was very thoughtful. Additionally, the food quality was excellent and delicious. I especially want to praise the desserts and ice cream – there was a wide variety, they tasted great, and were a pleasant surprise! Highly recommended!

This time, I went to the Four Seasons Hotel Shenzhen for a buffet dinner. It's about an eight-minute walk from the Convention & Exhibition Center Station. The food quality was above average; the oysters and tuna sashimi were excellent, and several of the juices were also very good. The lamb chops and other cooked dishes were decent. Overall, the value for money is good, and coupled with the professional service attitude of the hotel staff, it's worth coming again. 👍🏻👍🏻

The environment of this buffet lunch is very comfortable. It's not too crowded on weekdays, the plate clearing service is fast, and the staff are polite. For raw food, there's herring, salmon, tuna, frozen abalone, frozen shrimp, frozen crab, etc. There are fewer hot dishes, about 15 kinds (including white rice and 2 types of soup).

This is my second time attending, and I truly love the Four Seasons Hotel. The buffet is as good as ever. All the desserts are excellent and not too sweet, and you can order as many cappuccinos as you like. The only thing that needs improvement is that the hot dishes are too few and unappealing. The staff are quite polite. I will participate again next time.
