There weren't many reviews for this tour, so I was initially unsure if it would be good or bad, but after completing it, I can say it was a very worthwhile experience 👍. The driver took us from the hotel to the pier, about a 40-minute drive, then we took a boat to Bat Island. The sunset was incredibly beautiful! 🦇 The moment the bats flew out was truly stunning! You can also go to the top deck of the boat to enjoy an unobstructed view 😆, but not wearing a life jacket was a bit scary. Also, when getting on and off the boat, the height was quite high, so you had to jump or use a floating buoy to disembark 😂. I suggest improving this aspect for better safety.
Very satisfied, I love it. It's more relaxing, comfortable, and beautiful than a day trip. The service was also excellent, and the driver arrived early. You can lie on the roof of the wooden boat and rest.
Chandra will pick us up from the hotel and take us to the jetty. Please do not wear shoes.
Tour was exactly as advertised. Instructions were clear and we had smooth passage to the destination. Our guide was very friendly and helpful from pickup to the tour and drop off. Recommended to wear slippers as there is a chance you might get your feet wet when disembarking the boat :)
I was informed just before departure that the boat I booked was broken and I would have to share a boat with others, and then I was only refunded less than one-tenth of the total price. When I arrived at the scene, I found that many tourists were asked to share a boat for the same reason. It's understandable if one or two boats break down, but it's hard to believe that four or five groups of people on site were all given this reason. It's basically certain that the merchant is scamming, making tourists pay the price for a private boat but ultimately having to share. The merchant's tactics are really low. Avoid, avoid, this merchant is completely ripping off tourists!!!
The tour guide and boat captain were friendly. While waiting for the sunset and bats, we could also go fishing. The scenery was beautiful. The atmosphere was relaxing.
