I'm writing this review hoping it will be helpful, as I referred to many others' reviews before making my reservation. The cost for a family of four was a bit burdensome, so I compared a lot of information. The price and itinerary were the same when compared to other travel sites' products, including Klook. Upon arriving in Labuan Bajo, I also confirmed that the prices of tours offered by local street agencies were almost identical. The day before the tour, the company contacted me to provide personal details and choose lunch box options (chicken, fish, or vegetarian). I asked about other detailed schedules, pickup times, and attire, and although there was a slight delay, they responded promptly. In particular, many reviews mentioned long waits due to pickup times being later than scheduled, so I wanted to know the exact pickup time. For me, staying at the Meruorah Hotel, which is right next to the harbor, I was informed of a 7:20 AM pickup, and they actually arrived 10 minutes early to pick me up. Upon arriving at the harbor, I paid an additional 425,000 Rupiah per person for entrance fees, ranger fees, etc., based on Friday rates, and boarded the boat after about a 20-minute wait. The guide explained the day's itinerary and precautions in detail, and the schedule proceeded smoothly as planned. The boat was clean, and although the restroom was a bit small, it was there. Reviews mentioned no air conditioning, but the New Hope boat I was on had it. Padar Island, our first destination, is the most memorable. Even though they were elementary school girls, they climbed all the way up and saw the magnificent scenery. The sun is strong, and you sweat a lot, so a hat and sunblock are essential! Pink Beach, unfortunately, wasn't very pink, but we relaxed, enjoyed the view sufficiently, and had lunch. Lunch wasn't incredibly delicious but was enough to satisfy our hunger. Luckily, we saw two Komodo dragons, and they took photos with tourists individually. We changed into swimsuits and enjoyed the remaining three spots. Although I didn't fully enjoy snorkeling, everyone managed, and we completed the tour. Many thanks to all the staff!

It was a fantastic experience! The speedboat was incredibly fast. Aside from the must-visit Padar Island, Pink Beach, and Komodo dragons, we saw a vibrant array of diverse marine life including colorful corals, blacktip reef sharks, sea turtles, stingrays, triggerfish, and more. It was truly worth it!

The scenery is incredibly beautiful and captivating, the pink beach is very romantic, and the Komodo dragons are very large and numerous. The itinerary was wonderfully arranged, the staff were very friendly, and there were many great snorkeling spots with huge manta rays.

It was a very fulfilling day! We were picked up on time, paid the Komodo National Park entrance fee in cash, and boarded the boat. The boat was cleaner than I expected. I think it even had air conditioning. The toilet wasn't very clean, and there was no toilet paper. During the trekking on Padar Island, we arrived earlier than other company's boats, allowing us to enjoy it before the peak crowd. It was good timing because when we descended the mountain, it was packed with people climbing up. The tour description said lunch would be on the boat, but it was served at Pink Beach, and we were able to sit on benches at a stall and eat peacefully. It was very delicious; I recommend the fish. A total of three bottles of water were distributed during the tour. Afterwards, we went to Komodo National Park and saw four Komodo dragons. The souvenir shop had many items not sold in town, so we bought souvenirs there. The hawkers were very persistent. Finally, we snorkeled at Manta Point. We didn't see any mantas, but we did see sea turtles. It felt quite dangerous as boats passed close to where people were diving. The waves were also strong, so if you're not confident in your swimming, I recommend renting a life jacket. Snorkels, fins, and life jackets were available for rent, but there seemed to be a limited number. The negative points were that there was no roll call during the tour. When boarding the boat, it departed without confirming if everyone was on board. In fact, we were almost left behind at Komodo National Park. The guides only called out the name of the boat we were on and didn't keep track of each tour guest's face or name. No identification was given to show you were part of that tour, so you need to stick together with other participants from your group or pay close attention to the guide's movements. Also, it was stated that hotel transfer was included, but we were not taken back to our hotel. I told the staff the name of my hotel, but I was ignored without a word, and since the hotel was within walking distance, I walked back. It seemed some participants had cars arranged for them, so I guess it was just luck. The tour content was wonderful and very enjoyable, so if you don't get too engrossed in sightseeing and pay close attention to your surroundings, I think it will be a fun and safe trip.

Fue un tour genial e interesante. Desde la recogida en el hotel hasta las excursiones de snorkel, todo estuvo muy bien organizado. Gracias al guía, pude ver al dragón de Komodo y hacer snorkel con las mantarrayas. Proporcionan equipo de snorkel y aletas, pero es posible que necesites algo de experiencia básica para nadar y ver las mantarrayas, ya que son aguas bastante profundas y con corrientes rápidas. We did the 6 stop day trip and it was a pleasant trip. Our guide Elyas & team has been helpful in briefing about the tour. They also help us to take good photos 😊 Pickup from hotel starts at 5.30am, but timing of pickup vary depending on every guest's hotel location. The boat departs later than scheduled but we still manage to spend ample time at each spot. The wave is a bit strong today but we still get to see manta ray & turtle (the guide tried his best to locate them). Boat is fast, comfortable and equipped with toilet. Before the trip ends, we were served with coffee & biscuit. Overall I highly recommend to book with them 😊

East Cruise's service was almost perfect. The hotel pick-up, the kind smiles of the young men, and their good English left a deep impression on us. We boarded Padar Island in the cool morning breeze, and the scenery was truly stunning and breathtaking. At three snorkeling spots, we witnessed the wonderful underwater world, had close encounters with sea turtles, and were surrounded by colorful fish. The day's itinerary ended in joy and enjoyment.
