Jeep ao nascer do sol no Monte Batur & Starbucks Kintamani com fotógrafo

I'm still on my free and easy trip in Bali, Indonesia. We moved from Tegalsari Accommodation Pool Villa to Mount Batur. We departed at 2:30 AM and used Klook's jeep tour. We arrived near the site, switched to another jeep, took photos at sunrise, and were dropped off back at the pool villa. I was extremely satisfied. The driver taking us to the site couldn't speak Korean, so we used a phone translator. The jeep driver was a local Balinese, very friendly, and even took photos with my phone occasionally, which I was happy with.

I highly recommend this to anyone traveling to Bali. The entire trip was great, but this tour was especially good. I booked the KAJA tour after seeing reviews that it goes high up, and we really did go to the very top! Arta, who was in charge of pickup and drop-off, picked us up on time, and even though it was early in the morning and he must have been tired, he greeted us cheerfully. Also, the guide who drove the Jeep up Mount Batur was a responsible and good friend. He drove safely and meticulously took care of us from before sunrise, asking if we were cold, if we needed photos, or if there was anything else we needed. We were so, so, so grateful. He also takes really great photos! It's a shame I didn't write down the guide's name, but if I go to Bali again, he's such a good friend that I'd want to meet him personally, talk more, and share a meal. Feeling a bit sorry that he always seemed to be taking other people's photos, my husband, who is a video director, took photos of the guide and even showed him the moon with his Galaxy camera, and we were happy because he loved it :) If you meet a guide like the one we met on this tour, you will be lucky. (Please understand that I'm writing this in a slightly translated style so that the friend or travel agency might read it.) When climbing the mountain, it's cold, so bring hot packs, a windbreaker, and a blanket (a beach towel worked fine as a blanket). It takes up less space than bringing a padded jacket and won't be a big burden after the sun rises. Especially for women or those who get cold easily, don't try to look too stylish; you'll catch a cold right away, hahaha. Dressing appropriately for the mountain, like leggings with warmers and a windbreaker, as I did, makes photos look natural and the prettiest! Be sure to book the Kaja Tour - Jeep Tour and visit Black Lava and Kintamani Starbucks (I almost regretted not including the cafe tour because I was tired). If you go to the cafe, pull your guide in, buy them a cup of tea, and ask for photos, hahaha. You might not take photos as well as the Jeep tour guide, but you'll get some pretty good shots~ Otherwise, bring a tripod and definitely take some photos.

Gede kon, nuestro conductor de jeep, fue muy amable, nos llevó a la cima, nos llevó a desayunar y nos tomó muchas fotos bonitas en la cima y en la zona de lava negra. Kertanadi, nuestro conductor, también fue muy hospitalario y amable, nos llevó por Ubud y Paperhills. ¡Realmente disfrutamos de la vista de la montaña y el paisaje de los campos de arroz! Well-organized tour to see the sunrise. Picked up from the hotel at 2:45 AM and went straight to Mount Batur to see the sunrise. Had a simple banana sandwich breakfast in the jeep. After breakfast, we went to see the black lava. Highly recommended.

Our guide was extremely happy to take us up Mount Batur and was very interactive with us throughout our time there, helping us to take multiple photos and videos that turned out amazing! I highly recommend this package to anyone thinking of going up Mount Batur!!

This tour was amazing! Other than the sightseeing, our drivers were also nice and kind (Surya who picked us up from our hotel in Ubud, Anom who drove us to Mount Batur and Black Lava, and Asnawa who drove us back to our new hotel in Seminyak and even brought us to a nice warung that serves Mujair Nyat Nyat). Mount Batur was a very nice experience waiting for the sunrise, the 4WD Jeep ride, and the morning breakfast. Anom, our driver, even let me use his phone and car speaker to play any music that we wanted, and he also took great photos of us. Starbucks Kintamani also has an exceptionally breathtaking view.

We met a very friendly and skilful driver - Agus for our Mount batur trip! He was very punctual. He picked us up at our Canggu villa at 2:45am., sent us to Starbucks coffee and villa after the jeep tour! We had a really good sleep at Agus car. It was a very unforgettable experience for the sunrise tour and black lava tour. Our jeep driver - Daka was a very professional diver and photographer! He also prepared breakfast and introduced the history and stories about this Mount batur.

This is a super awesome trip, the driver are so attentive bring us around to buy the motion sickness pill as one of us need it. The jeep ride was wonderful, the driver moix help us take a lot of nice pic. Appreciated it. So much fun!
