Overall, our experience was so relaxing and soothing. We booked the Srimantra re-energizing package for 2, which included Herbal Steam, Body Scrub, Milky Bath, Element Massage, and Facial Treatment for 240 hours. After booking on Klook, the app will send you a message to reserve a time for your desired date, and confirmation will be sent shortly. For this therapy, the latest time is 16:00 because it lasts for 4 hours. The ambiance feels like you're in a cave, very relaxing, and smells good. Upon check-in, you receive a warm welcome with tea and are asked to choose a scent for the oil massage and sign a consent form. You are then seated, and they perform a quick foot wash, after which you change into disposable underwear and a bathrobe. The steps are: herbal steam, which allows you to sweat out toxins and open pores, lasting 15 minutes, then a short break with an offer to return for a few more minutes if desired; a body scrub to remove all dead skin, and they scrubbed every crevice, which I loved, followed by a shower; a milky hot bath with rose petals for 20 minutes, during which you are given tea and snacks to relax, making everything soft, followed by a shower and changing underwear to prepare for the oil massage; the massage was 90 minutes, and they were really kneading every knot, their level of strength is exceptional, so if you can't tolerate the intensity, ask them to lighten it; lastly, you receive your facial, which includes washing, exfoliating, toning, moisturizing, massaging, washing again, and moisturizing again. The facial was so relaxing that we dozed off. However, I would love their facial to include extraction and a face mud/clay mask for a better deal. At the end, they will ask you to change and offer a free bowl of fruit, a cold wipe, and tea. The masseuses were professional and polite. Tipping was optional, but we gave $10 each since they did a very good job for 4 hours. Overall, we loved our experience and would come back again. Disclaimer: they are running a 25% discount on their site, so it's cheaper to book there than on Klook, but if they weren't, it would be cheaper on Klook. Second, they will scrub/exfoliate and massage your groin, butt cheeks, and inner thighs intensely, so if you are sensitive in those areas, let them know to skip it.

Unsere Masseurinnen, Kung und Kik, waren unglaublich – so freundlich, aufmerksam und wirklich talentiert. Sie haben uns alle während der gesamten Sitzung wohl und völlig entspannt fühlen lassen. Die Spa-Atmosphäre war friedlich und wunderschön gestaltet, und alles war sauber und gut gepflegt. Es war der perfekte Ort für uns alle, um gemeinsam zu entspannen. The massage parlor is very unique—a cave, giving a cool feeling. The masseurs' techniques are excellent, and the environment is clean. The overall price is a bit expensive, but fortunately, I pre-purchased it on the Klook platform, which was cheaper than buying on the spot.
