Ting å gjøre i Taipei Children's Amusement Park

23.08.2026 (søndag) Dagen vi var her for to år siden var solrik, men i dag er været kjølig med litt duskregn. Dessverre var berg-og-dal-banen stengt på grunn av regnet, så vi fikk ikke prøvd den... Vi prøvde Jungle Roar Treehouse (fritt fall), piratskipet, snurrende kaffekopper, Galaxy Express (monorail), pariserhjulet, lykkelige støtfangerbiler og Cosmic Twist. Det var virkelig verdt prisen! Det mest minneverdige var piratskipet. Det var faktisk veldig behagelig å sitte på, og datteren min og jeg tok det to ganger. Sønnen min ble helt oppslukt av sandkassen og tilbrakte halvannen time der😅 Vi ble til det ble mørkt (kl. 18:30) før vi motvillig dro.

astronomical museum was mid for me as i wasn't really interested in astronomy. it was very interactive. but the science education center is where it's at! i spent such a long time here and it brought out the inner kid in me

Tom Bear Bear is actually the play area for young children inside Tom's World... The space isn't large, but it's more than enough for kids under 5, and it even has some cozy, hidden areas. Overall, it feels quite comfortable... It's just that the machines inside Tom's World are a bit too loud and noisy... It's also a shame that the mini train can only be ridden once... Otherwise, it would probably be even more appealing.

very fun experience! not crowded on a weekday. staff was friendly and helpful.

It's a pineapple cake that you just mix, put in a mold, and bake. However, even mixing it required a bit of skill, and I enjoyed figuring out how to make it look nice when putting it into the mold. I also enjoyed talking with people from the same country.

Had a great day with my guide Joanna! it was the first day Typhoon Champi hit so Yehliu Geopark was closed, but she took me to Heping Island GeoPark in Keelung instead. this led to a stop at Zhengbin Port Color Houses which i didn't think I'd get a chance to see on this vacation so I'm grateful she took me here. she also got me pastries from a famous bakery nearby. the waterfall is beautiful of course but there are a lot of stairs and it was raining pretty hard so wear good shoes. and the 2 things I was most excited about was releasing lanterns at Shifen and the red lanterns of the alleys and tea house of Jiufen. we got there early so Joanna was worried they wouldn't light up the lanterns, but they did and before 5pm! (maybe because it was getting dark earlier due to the typhoon). she got me her favorite mochi to try at one of the stalls and even helped me haggle with a shop keeper to get a better deal. happy experience with a great guide!

Et bra sted å tilbringe en hel dag. Start fra toppen og jobb deg nedover. Samlingen er ordnet fra den tidligste perioden i øverste etasje, og senere verk i de nedre etasjene. Det er enkelt og billigere å komme seg dit med offentlig transport enn med sightseeingbuss. Det er så mange gjenstander der at du kanskje vil komme en annen dag for å se resten. Spis før du kommer hit, da det bare er en liten kafé som er konstant overfylt. I tillegg til de mest populære verkene som folk ser ut til å like å se, vil du finne andre verk du vil like. Jeg fant at portkoppene var de jeg foretrakk fremfor de populære verkene.

You definitely have to book a tour with Guide Yoon! Without a second thought, you must do the Youngshim Tour!! At first, because someone was late to the meeting point, I wondered if the guide might be a bit sharp, but no, not at all ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ She was just very straightforward and loud. Every time she spoke, we burst out laughing; she was so entertaining and clearly pointed out places we didn't really need to visit and things we didn't need to buy. Since we did the tour right on our first day, we got so many great tips that we used well throughout our trip haha. She is truly, genuinely passionate about good food, so she gave us a ton of restaurant recommendations, and the fruit at Shifen Waterfall—which she called a fruit hotspot—was genuinely delicious ㅋㅋㅋ I'm kicking myself for only buying one pack of mangoes... 😂 Everywhere we went, she gave passionate explanations and shared useful tips, so we had a really comfortable and great tour. We ran into Guide Youngshim waiting for a tour in our hotel lobby on our last day, and we were so glad to see her!!! Even in that brief moment, she yelled out, "Don't go here or there today~~!!" ㅋㅋㅋㅋ Anyway, she was the absolute best! If I ever get to travel to Taipei again, I'd want to request Guide Youngshim specifically for a tour, even if it's a different one~~~ Thank you for a wonderful and fun tour!!!
