Sofia was very generous in sharing her knowledge of the ingredients, how they are grown, harvested and prepared. She provided good guidance during the class, and she also shared a lot about aboriginal customs, experiences and history. The food was delicious. An experience worth every cent, would attend another class in future.

Fun experience with Sofia and being able to learn more about their culture and lifestyle including how, when or where the plants were harvested. I also found a lot of small similarities with Borneon food which made it all the more amazing.

Sofia 當天早上才從花蓮新鮮買下當地獨有的食材 全是些我未曾見過的 她考了我幾樣看我是否認得，結果是有一大半都說不出名字來....XD Sofia 一邊講解台灣的原住民文化，介紹原住民的飲食文化和台灣歷史的關係 最有趣的是，那天課堂的菜單是因為當天早上能買到的合適食材而定 即是每一堂的內容和菜式都可能不一樣 ! Sofia 亦非常健談和友善，I'm a extremely introvert person but i did feel welcomed at her place 除了原住民及飲食外 也和她聊了很多她的遊歷及她對生活體驗的感受 from her story i gained courage to pursuit my dream 很感激 Sofia 用心給我的一個下午 期望下一次會去花蓮也感受不一樣的珈藍可廚坊 =)

在上海風的老房子裡做原民料理有一種衝突的美感，第一次嘗試手作課程，覺得很有趣，謝謝Sofia耐心的教學。
