Pouring hot broth over them instantly locks in the flavor, resulting in a clear, sweet, and delicious soup that is both warming and satisfying. Roasted and Fried Food Station: The charcoal-grilled pork belly is incredibly aromatic, and the charcoal-grilled chicken breast is tender and not dry. Paired with crispy Japanese fried items and freshly baked pizza, it offers a rich and layered texture. Soup and Stew Station: Offers a variety of cream soups and hot soups, with excellent temperature control. The replenishment speed for cooked dishes is a bit slow, and the quality is average. Fruits and Desserts: The exquisite crème brûlée has a perfectly caramelized and crispy top with a smooth interior. Per una persona come me, che associa ancora il cibo vegetariano ai piatti dei templi, la cucina vegetariana di Govinda è stata una rivelazione, sia per la varietà che per il gusto. In particolare, la "zuppa di manzo" senza manzo era quasi come una cucina molecolare. Tuttavia, poiché la maggior parte dei piatti sono a base di funghi, chi soffre di gotta dovrebbe prestare attenzione.

Gli ingredienti sono freschissimi e di altissima qualità! Il pesce viene servito al vapore, a dimostrazione della sua freschezza; i gamberi nell'antipasto freddo si sbucciano facilmente dalla coda; la guava è croccante e non molle; i fagioli neri del salad bar non sono eccessivamente conditi e non risultano stucchevoli, il loro sapore naturale emerge distintamente; anche la torta di formaggio con taro della sezione dolci ha un sapore molto equilibrato, dove il taro e il formaggio non si sovrastano a vicenda. I piatti principali sono più tradizionali, ma non c'è nulla da criticare, la cottura e i condimenti sono comunque molto precisi. Quanto sopra dimostra l'attenta selezione degli ingredienti da parte della casa da tè e la dedizione e professionalità dello chef. Ho portato i miei genitori a mangiare qui e tutti sono rimasti estremamente soddisfatti, torneremo sicuramente 10/10.
