Preis: Obwohl es kein "Pfennigfuchs-Essen" ist, sind die Preise fair und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hoch. Menüs sind günstiger. Geschmack der Speisen: Die Ente ist reichlich und zart, nicht trocken. Die Fischsuppe bewahrt ihren frischen Originalgeschmack. Die Reisportion ist ausreichend und wird mit Kohl und eingelegtem Rettich serviert, was das Gericht erfrischend und nicht fettig macht. Service: Der Chef ist freundlich und gastfreundlich, mit großer Servicebereitschaft. Während unseres Essens saßen am Nebentisch auch ausländische Touristen, die extra angereist waren, um das Restaurant zu besuchen.

Xiang Shi Tian Tang ist ein Restaurant, das ich jedes Mal, wenn ich Taiwan besuche, im Voraus reserviere. Es ist ein sehr preiswertes Restaurant. Ich mag es, dass der Ort sehr groß ist, die Sitzgelegenheiten geräumig sind, die Auswahl an Speisen groß ist und man sehen kann, dass die Köche mit viel Herz kochen.

Pouring hot broth over them instantly locks in the flavor, resulting in a clear, sweet, and delicious soup that is both warming and satisfying. Roasted and Fried Food Station: The charcoal-grilled pork belly is incredibly aromatic, and the charcoal-grilled chicken breast is tender and not dry. Paired with crispy Japanese fried items and freshly baked pizza, it offers a rich and layered texture. Soup and Stew Station: Offers a variety of cream soups and hot soups, with excellent temperature control. The replenishment speed for cooked dishes is a bit slow, and the quality is average. Fruits and Desserts: The exquisite crème brûlée has a perfectly caramelized and crispy top with a smooth interior. Paired with rich ice cream and fresh, sweet watermelon and mango, it provides a perfect end to this feast. Seafood Station: All seafood items are very fresh. Restaurant Environment: The venue is very spacious, and the tables are well-distanced. Service: Plate clearing is very prompt, and the staff are very polite. Price: Overall, it offers great value for money.

Für jemanden wie mich, dessen Vorstellung von vegetarischem Essen noch auf den einfachen Gerichten in Tempeln basiert, hat das vegetarische Angebot von „Guo Ran Hui“ meine Erwartungen in Bezug auf Vielfalt und Geschmack wirklich übertroffen und mir die Augen geöffnet. Besonders die Rindfleischnudelsuppe ohne Rindfleisch war wie Molekularküche. Da die meisten Gerichte jedoch Pilze enthalten, sollten Personen mit Gicht dies beachten.

Die Zutaten sind von höchster Frische! Der Fisch wird gedämpft serviert; die Garnelen in der kalten Vorspeise lassen sich leicht von den drei Schwanzsegmenten schälen; die Guave ist knackig und nicht matschig; die schwarzen Bohnen am Salatbuffet sind nicht überwürzt und nicht zu süß, der Bohnengeschmack kommt natürlich zur Geltung; der Taro-Käsekuchen im Dessertbereich ist ebenfalls präzise gewürzt, wobei Taro und Käse sich nicht gegenseitig überdecken. Die Hauptgerichte sind eher Standard, aber es gibt nichts zu bemängeln, die Garzeit und Würzung sind immer noch sehr präzise. All dies zeigt die sorgfältige Auswahl der Zutaten durch das Teehaus und die Hingabe und Professionalität des Küchenchefs. Ich habe meine Eltern zum Essen mitgebracht, und alle waren sehr zufrieden. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. 10/10
