Hotel a Takayama

6-10min walk from station (JR and bus station); easy check in; good variety for breakfast and free drinks from 3pm-11pm; friendly staff; tourist spots are walkable from the hotel

A very charming hotel, even from the outside, and it's right next to the Takayama train and bus station. Also, at the entrance, there are small hot springs that everyone can use to soak their feet. You have to take off your shoes to walk around the hotel, as the floor is tatami. The room was very beautiful and spacious, especially considering the size of hotel rooms in Japan. The staff helped us send our luggage to our next hotel and were very friendly. There is a public onsen, but also a private one. There is usually a long line to use the three private ones, but it's worth it for the experience. We loved it and it's a wonderful option for people with tattoos.

Ottimo, mi è piaciuto molto. La prossima volta che verrò a Takayama, vorrei tornarci. È molto vicino alla stazione. Consiglio di camminare lungo i binari dal centro autobus Nohi per evitare i semafori e raggiungere l'hotel. All'interno, è possibile affittare una stanza da bagno privata per 45 minuti a 2000 yen, il che è fantastico. Inoltre, vengono fornite gratuitamente due bottiglie di latte. L'unica pecca è che l'asciugacapelli nella stanza da bagno privata non è molto potente, l'asciugacapelli Salonia in camera è più efficace per asciugare i capelli lunghi.

Situato proprio accanto alla stazione di Takayama, è molto comodo. Questa volta abbiamo alloggiato in una camera doppia con letti separati, la camera era grande, il bagno era diviso tra zona asciutta e zona umida, c'erano una lavatrice, un forno a microonde, una padella, una pentola, si poteva andare al supermercato vicino a comprare carne Hida da cucinare, c'era anche un piccolo balcone per stendere i vestiti. La prossima volta che verrò a Takayama, tornerò sicuramente in questo hotel.

everything is amazing! it was my first time in takayama and first time to try onsen and this hotel did not disappoint!! i love how convenient the place is! and if you want a private onsen experience this is the place. Our hotel room is clean and has everything you need! what i love is they provide pajama set so you can pack light. i promise to go back!! ❤️

Nice, clean hotel in a great location next to the station. The staff are friendly, hardworking, and very helpful! The room was a good size, and I really appreciated having our own washing machine. Breakfast was a little busy/chaotic though.

My family members gave it 2 thumbs up. The hotel was manned by mainly by cheerful young receptionists and cafe barristers that greeted you everytime you walked pass. The room was spacious and clean. it also have a balcony that allowed me to enjoy the snow while drinking hot coffee/tea. I will defintely book it again.
