Hôtels à Takayama

L'hôtel est très bien. Les chambres sont spacieuses avec un onsen privé et la climatisation individuelle. Le parking est payant, mais le coût est minime. Il y a une boisson de bienvenue (bière ou jus d'orange). Le petit-déjeuner est bon et conforme aux standards. L'hôtel est un peu éloigné de la gare et du centre-ville, mais cela le rend très paisible.

Location was superb, being right next to the train station, which was why I booked it. The public foot bath on the top floor was also very welcome, especially as I had just come in from Kamikochi. 6 mins walk away is Cafe Rin-Rin, a mom and pop cafe that felt like you were stepping back in time, and served delicious french toast. The room was comfortable and good-sized for a solo traveller, and the washing machine was a godsend. The only thing that was very annoying was the lamp sitting over the small table, as I kept hitting my head on it. It was at a very inconvenient spot and height.

Je donnerais une note de 4,5/5. L'emplacement est à 650 mètres de la gare de Takayama. Il n'y a pas de bâtiment devant l'hôtel, donc la vue était bonne. Le personnel était serviable. L'enregistrement s'est déroulé sans problème. La chambre était assez spacieuse, avec une table et une chaise. Eau gratuite, coin lecture et toutes les commodités dans le hall.

I've stayed here many times. It's always clean. This time I got a slightly older room, but it was still good. Breakfast is included, and there's ramen available late at night. You can use the private onsen without a reservation; if the sign is available, you can enter right away. Just flip the sign on the door to 'occupied' when you're using it, and then flip it back to 'available' after you're done.

The hotel's location is excellent, just about two or three minutes from Takayama Station. There's also a large supermarket about a 5-minute walk away. The room is spacious, and the refrigerator comes with complimentary beer, soda, a large bottle of mineral water, and a large bottle of sake, all free to enjoy. A kitchen is provided, but there are few cooking utensils, and while there's a non-stick pan, it has many scratches. I heard you can exchange it for a new one at the front desk. The room also has a washer-dryer, and two complimentary laundry pods are provided, which is great!

Agréable séjour avant de partir pour Kamikochi. Personnel aimable, excellent onsen et nourriture. Entièrement ressourcé !

The location is extremely close to the JR station and the Nohi Bus terminal, making it ideal for those taking buses to and from Nagoya or even visiting Kamikochi. The hotel is also about a 5 to 10-minute walk from the main street and the Takayama Old Town, and walking in the other direction leads to a large supermarket for shopping. The hotel's large public bath is relatively simple. I found the self-service luggage racks and lockers to be a very thoughtful touch, which can be used freely both before check-in and after check-out. The overall hotel design is modern, charming, yet refined, with cozy amenities, good tea and coffee, and comfortable beds. Overall, this is a highly recommended place to stay.

Good location with many restaurants and eateries nearby. It is also an easy walk to the central tourist area. The hotel is located three to five minutes from the Takayama JR Station and bus station, so it is convenient for you to get around. The staff is friendly, the room is clean, and breakfast variety is fantastic! They also offer daily supper, either sweet or savory, for the guests. There is also onsen (public bath) in the hotel.

Booked YR by accident but was pleasantly surprised by what we saw and experienced. Though a bit far from Takayama station, a 1.5km ¥100 15 min bus ride or a 25-30 min walk, we entered into a spacious, new and beautifully designed room. The room was squeaky clean and smelled fresh, just like newly washed and ironed clothes. It had 2 queen sized beds and a kitchen. There was always a fresh supply of towels and 2L of mineral water. It's our 2nd trip to Takayama and Yutoria Resort made it very pleasant and unforgettable. Looking forward to a another visit and stay in YR. Thank you very much Yutoria Resort!!
