Nice hotel with great amenities. Easy check in and check out process. Convenient store nearby. Quiet, clean, safe area. The only things we didn't like: -Restroom: it has a short ceiling and the floor was somewhat slanted making you feel a little weird -Location is close to Odaiba but farther away from the main areas of Tokyo

we stay here for one night before boarding the cruise ship. the location is excellent, there are two stations nearby within 5 minutes walking distance, also close to Shopping malls and restaurants. Aeon style supermarket is around 8 minutes walk. Room interior design is modern, we were lucky enough to be upgraded to premium floor with harbour view and had to use to secret lift ( tap the room key card and the door to two lifts will open) which is an interesting experience. Overall we are satisfied with this hotel stay and highly recommend to the people for pre cruise stay.

Nice hotel in Odaiba and near train station. A few stops away from Diver city and Odaiba seaside park. However, need to travel 30 to 60mins to tokyo city shopping area. Room size was acceptable. Toothbrush, lotion, face mask, shaver, etc can be collected at lobby. Fan and microwave are available on loan. no drinking water provided. Lawson at level 2 and 7eleven opposite.

Excellent Overall. Amazing view from the 19th floor. The Room was very clean and spacious. Fridge and Microwave in the room. Feet Massage machine was unexpected but nice after walking all day. Great amenities and services from the staff.

I really like this hotel. The room is spacious, clean, and very quiet with good soundproofing. I enjoyed the traditional Japanese breakfast, which was affordable and allowed me to try foods I had never experienced before. The hotel is conveniently located near 7-Eleven, Family Mart, and Lawson. I also like that amenities can be taken from the lobby, the hotel provides pyjamas, and the free shuttle bus to Disneyland is punctual and reliable. However, we did see two small cockroaches in the toilet during our stay, which was unpleasant and not acceptable for a hotel of this standard. Despite this, I would still consider staying at this hotel again.
