it’s a great hotel! I arrived early so I left my suitcase at the reception. The location is great which is inside of Ariake shopping mall and walking distance to Ariake Arena. I bought dinner there and had it in my room. The view was amazing!! I saw mt Fuji and Tokyo tower from my room!! Check in and out was with machine and staff was alway there to help. I enjoyed my stay there and will definitely use this hotel again! hotel location: great! service: great! transport access: great cleanliness: super clean

Even though I don’t speak fluent Japanese, communication was smooth and they made sure I felt taken care of. The room was clean, peaceful, and beautifully simple—just the way I imagined a Japanese hotel to be. The bed was super comfy, and small details like the green tea set, bidet, and indoor slippers made the experience feel thoughtful and complete. What I loved most was the location. The train station was nearby, and everything I needed was within walking distance—convenience stores, restaurants, and even some hidden local gems. It was the perfect base for exploring Tokyo. Breakfast was also a pleasant surprise. A nice mix of traditional Japanese food and Western options, fresh and satisfying every morning. Overall, I felt safe, relaxed, and well cared for. Free shuttle bus to Tokyo station was very convenient, friendly staff and can speak English. Conveniently located at the Ariake mall. Nice shopping and plenty of restaurants. Rooms are spacious, comfortable, with great view at a very reasonable price. Sound proofing was great in my opinion. There is coin laundry and even some accepts Suica. Plenty of laundry machines and you can track the status on the TV. Shower was amazing, rainfall design with good water pressure. Free amenities available at the lobby. Would definitely stay there again.
