The hotel looks very modern and premium, the staff were also very nice and attentive when we reached. the parking was also convenient right downstairs and there is a mall nearby.

super convenient location, a less than 2 minutes walk from Kumamoto Shinkansen station. there is a shopping mall connected which is excellent for shopping & food. the tram station is less than 5 minutes walk away and takes you to many destinations including kumamoto castle. very clean and elegant hotel. has public bath facilities if you will like to experience. high recommend and will definitely stay here again when I return to kumamoto!

This was a lovely hotel, extremely convenient right next to the Kumamoto station and all it's shops and eateries. Room was really good with mountain views and views over the railway. Really comfortable beds and well equipped facilities. We both wanted to stay for more than the 1 night we had booked! Didn't use the spa facilities but they smelt glorious! Staff were very helpful and welcoming. Only criticism would be the breakfast buffet, there were limited choices for vegans and western tourists who weren't wishing to eat Japanese breakfast items. Will definitely consider staying here again if we are ever in the area another time.

We had an amazing stay at The Blossom Kumamoto. The hotel is located beside a mall and Kumamoto station and can’t have asked for anything better. The service and staff were very helpful and friendly. The only real feedback we had were the beds weren’t to our liking and weren’t very comfortable, but this is more personal preference. That wouldn’t stop us from staying here again the next time we’re in Kumamoto!

very good hotel and location was 2 mins walk from train station , everything clean and tidy, easy go down level 6 or 7 have different cuisine, I was have a sashimi set valuable and good price, especially have hot spring and sauna ,open till to 0100am, they also provide coffee machine from 6-22pm, anytime can go to take coffee , I will stay again if visit Tue Blossom hotel, 酒店地點：good 服務：good 整潔度：good 交通便利性：very good

The interiors to the lobby is amazing with all the stone tiles. There is fitness center and onsen spa which is good. Transportation is very accessible since the location of the hotel is just beside the JR kumamoto station. For food, there is an AMU mall beside the hotel with lots of food options and also family mart. The room is very clean and staff is very attentive and accommodating. There is also a luggage storage for free in case you arrived before check in or want to explore after check out.

great stay, spacious and clean room, tatami bed is comfortable too for three pax in a room. Toliet and shower is separate and wash basin is outside, which is convenient. Located above AMU plaza and can be hard to get to back to hotel from the mall as all the mall entrances are closed after 8pm. Eventually managed to find the entrance door near Family Mart which need to tap card to open
