The location is good, very close to the tram station and bus terminal. Also have lots of food around. The room was clean and tidy. The beds were large enough. Mainly the room would be not large enough if you have lots of luggage.

I really like the location because it's near to everything. I also like the facilities and amenities. The staff were very accommodating. One thing that got my attention is that there were hair on the bed and pillow. Maybe, they should double check it after cleaning, other than that, it's a 10/10. Would likely to comeback again.

Accomodation is located 1 minute away from Tram stop, very convenient. location is prime in the shopping arcade and close to Kumamotoā€™s top attractions. thereā€™s a manga library and a longue where welcome drinks are served. The staff was also very helpful, I sought the assistance of one of the hotel staff on 10 Oct to assist me in calling the car rental company as I did not have a local number. She assisted me professionally! huge kudos to the Hotel; I enjoyed my stay here.

Great location. Near the bus station where the meeting point for day tour is. Walking distance to Kumamoto Castle. Hotel comes with an onsen! Photo: There's a great Tonkatsu restaurant 2 minutes walk away. A must try!

Conveniently located to the arcade mall and walkable distance to shops. Good breakfast Spread. A lot of Comic books for reading just beside the check in counter. There is welcome drink at the breakfast restaurant. Public bath is on the 3rd floor with free popsicles. Modern facilities and new.
