The hotel interior is quite fancy and the rooms was comfortable. There are eateries and convenient stores within walking distance so the location is great. I also enjoyed the modern outdoor onsen on the rooftop.

There was a wide variety choices of food for the breakfast. The location is great as it is generally within the shopping area of Kumamoto. The reception is at the top floor. the staffs can speak good English and was being very helpful when we wanted to deliver luggages to Fukuoka.

I like how luxurious it feels, and I appreciate that they didn't give all the amenities in the hotel room (I know it sounds weird) but we just retrieve the amenities we needed from the front desk so it prevents wastage! Love the sofa area and the view! But! My only issue is finding for it. The entrance doesn't look like an entrance at all. It looks like a wall so it was strange finding for it. But the best thing was that we could check in early! so forgiven!
