The room is spacious and value for money. Amenities are available, and the outdoor onsen is amazing. Gym is limited but with lots of walking in Sapporo, it may not be necessary to use. The staff are very helpful and kind.

Very convenient, centrally located, clean and well equipped, enjoyed the public bath and onsen too, eat breakfast in the local streets nearby

hotel location is near hosuisusukino station, one station away from odori station. also a walking distance to susukino station. i really love their toast bread during breakfast buffet. they are lacking regarding the coffee amenity. they only offer tea in the amenity lobby. overall our stay is fantastic. will recommend.

The hotel is at a very good location, only a few steps away from susukino and also very close to the bus station for Airport Limousine. Minus 2 stars for cleanliness as there are hairs on the floor everywhere when we checked-in, its like no matter which part of the room you place you items on the floor, there will be some hair on it, the place is hair infested. We didn’t raise any complaints as we arrived late at night and we are out the entire day the next few days. The room is really pretty and can see view of Sapporo TV Tower, bed was comfortable. Tips: if you wonder where everyone goes as the streets looks empty, they are all underground! The underground system is very established connecting both sapporo stn & susukino stn. If you want to get to susukino quicker, leave the hotel by the side gate (Near the toilet in the lobby) through the hotel carpark.
