Triple Room · 3 Adults · 4 Nights

The location is easy to find & excellent overall— on the quieter side of Shinjuku, just a 5-minute walk to the nearest station with plenty of konbinis, restaurants, & cafes nearby. The room was clean and quite spacious for Tokyo standards, comfortably fitting 3 people. Toiletries were complete, and towels and robes were replaced daily. Just note that the elevator is on the smaller side. A few minor things to keep in mind: bedsheets were not changed during our 5-night stay. A 1-L bottle of water was provided upon check-in, but it wasn’t replenished (we didn't ask, so we weren't sure if refills were available upon request). Also, while the listing mentioned an iron, there wasn't one present. On our last night, we wanted to pay for breakfast for the next morning, but were told it wasn't available, with no further explanation. Lastly, pre-arrival communication could be improved—our 1st email bounced and our 2nd email received no response. Overall, still a good stay & would reco it!
