Pros: - Friendly English-speaking staff & free luggage storage after check-out. - Has an elevator and ground-floor vending machines. - Very close to a train station, making it super easy to transfer anywhere. - Clean, spacious bathroom with daily cleaning service available upon request. - Twin beds were comfortable for our family of 4 (with kids). Cons: - Small room: hard to walk around with 3 suitcases; could only open one at a time. - Location is far if you choose to walk to main Shinjuku attractions; walking back and forth left our legs completely aching. - Weak coin laundry dryer: we paid twice, but our clothes were still not dry. - Repetitive breakfast: we were given the exact same 1 bento box and 1 bottle of tea every morning for all 5 nights of our stay.

Great location. Walking distance to public transportation. Subway station. Room are small but cozy. They have everything you need during your stay. They were great about storing you luggage before you can check in. We had it delivered a day before we arrived and they were very accommodating.

Good location it's 5 minutes walk from Higashi-shinjuku station. room is pretty standard nothing special but great for the price. staff were helpful. however they do not hold your luggage for you so that's why they didn't get a 5 star review. I had to then go pay for a locker at the station while I went to explore.
