The Kukuna is expceptional in every aspect. you can wake up every morning looking out to Mt Fuji and Kawaguchiko. Besides having a great location, staffs are very tentative and organized. The hotel offers buffet breakfast and dinner and can upgrade dinner to teppenyaki. The hotel room is clean and spacious. i would rate this hotel 5 star.
