Please check in at 5th Floor, 544-2, Higashishiokojicho, Shimogyo-ku, Kyoto-shi, Kyoto-fu 600-8216. Check-in is between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM. Guests arriving outside the mentioned check-in hours are requested to contact the property directly prior to arrival so alternative arrangements can be made. 【Damages】Guests are responsible for all damages caused during their stay. 【Noise policy】The property is located in a residential area and strictly enforces a no-party or excessive noise policy. 【Non-Smoking】This is a strictly non-smoking property. Guests are responsible for all costs, damages, and liabilities caused by smoking. 【Room】Guests can not choose the interior decoration of the room.
