I have stayed here before due to its convenient location, a short walk from Fukui Station. Not as many restaurants and shops in the area compared to nearby stations like Echizen Takefu. Room is a decent size. Breakfast has a great selection of hot foods. You can hear the train chimes from the station in the hotel room, but a small price to pay for the convenient location.

Great accessibility, steps from Fukui station. The free breakfast had a remarkable selection and is great to have, given that there are limited options open early in the morning. The room was very spacious and clean. Drugstore 10 minutes walk away for essentials and f some foods if needed. Several conveniences stores that are even closer (but more expensive). Many restaurants in walking distance as well as a department store. Solid choice!

This is my 6th time stay in Route inn hotel. Everything is good. Friendly and nice staff. However, the choice of the breakfast items are lot less than the last few years.

I love the public bath.

I arrived early and they let me store my luggage and went out to explore to kill some time. My room was small but was good enough for solo traveler. Staff is very friendly and speak good enough English to help with what you need. The free breakfast is really good I was surprised at the variety of foods that was there, it’s a buffet style breakfast and I really enjoyed it! Hotel is like a four minute walk to the Fukui Ststion and bus lines. Restaurants and convenient stores close by and the castle ruins is a quick walk. There is a tiny food truck across the way when going to the castle ruins and I would recommend trying the Karaage he sells it was so good and hot the spot. If you love a dinosaur theme this town is for you! Overall hotel experience was good and I would stay again and recommend it to others.

It’s nice and clean. Close to JR station, bus , taxi area. Every time I go to Fukui. It’s my first choice. Their free breakfast is very good. Highly recommended.

The hotel was conveniently placed for the station. The staff were friendly. The bed was hard.

It's like a home away from home.

Staff service is very comfortable and friendly. duvet is little bit thin and cold. also a chair ratting. The　unit bath ceiling is low.
