Check-in and out processes were easy. Staffs were kind and welcoming. Amenities were well-kept. Hotel location is close to the main train station. Breakfast option is a bit expensive for per person, per day (JPY 2500). Room is small, but the convenience outweighs it.

Fantastic We felt a small tremor---large enough to make us feel the building move on the 8th floor---the staff was very assuring about it when we asked about it. We appreciated their understanding and response.

Check-in very quick and user friendly. Room, while small, was clean and laid out well. Especially enjoyed the onsen on the 9th floor. Close to the train station too.
