心思細密的服務，有家感覺的旅館，食物雖不是用華貴的食材，但卻用時令食材，當晚晚餐時段只我們一桌用饍，廚師仍未然用心烹調，每一道菜式都給我們驚喜；最後，離開之時，因為很困難乘的士到車站，店長還特意呼喚他的母親送我們去車站。無微不至的服務，讓我們留下深刻的印象、一個難忘的假期。非常推薦這間旅館。

Stayed with family

小規模な個室数のスタイリッシュなホテルで、広々とした清潔な室内と、きめ細やかなサービス（申し訳ない程）で最後まで快適に過ごせました。 ありがとうございました。 悪天候により楽しみにしていた富士山は眺めることが出来ませんでしたが、こればっかりは運ですね。また天候の良い日に訪れたい場所になりました。

Fantastic

Stayed with kids

The hotel was everything it advertised to be!! Although there were clouds the first couple days, when they cleared, we had a perfectly unobstructed view of mt Fuji. It was like looking at a postcard, totally unreal. Our host was above and beyond. His knowledge of local to do’s, food, sights, etc, was great and reliable. We stayed in Tokyo, Kyoto, and Kawaguchiko. Although Kyoto was amazing, nothing could top our accommodations in Kawaguchiko. Do yourself a favor and and stay here. Thx again!!!!
