Pros - Close to Minowa Station, 7/11, a 24/7 supermarket, Yoshinoya, and Matsuya. Super convenient! - The staff are very nice (especially Nicole!) - You can leave your luggage free of charge - The cleanest shared bathroom I’ve ever experienced - Comfortable bed - Towels are changed regularly Cons - Limited space; there’s no storage for clothes - The sink in the room has weak water pressure Overall, it’s worth every penny.

Room is a bit small but it is expected in Japan. It is clean. The bed is larger than what we expected. Bathroom and toilet are also clean. Towels are provided. If they can also provide a pajamas, that would be perfect.

Overall great place to stay. The staff was very nice, and always trying their best to give us the best stay possible. The rooms were a bit small, but with the shared areas this was no problem. Using the H-line, the hostel is only 2 minutes away from Ueno, and with a few more minutes you can easily get to the city centre. The place was very clean, we got new and clean towels every day, and the bed was quite big.
