3 min walk to inaricho station and 10-15 min walk to ueno station. The hotel lobby is very spacious, room space is regular size for Japan Hotels. Daily cleaning is one that we like with this hotel, staff were also nice!

very convenient location for those flying in/out of narita airport since it’s near the keisei station. ameyoko shopping street and an ichiran are nearby too! it was easy to stroll around asakusa area, and the neighborhood has a great view of tokyo skytree :)

It was our first time in Japan. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel because of the good customer service. Cleanliness was average and the room size was just enough. Location is good. It is near Inaricho station but you need to walk for 10 minutes to reach Ueno station.

i love how they provide sleewears. We got the deluxe so we had a bit of space to open our luggage. there's no free water though.

Located just 7-min walk from JR Ueno Station. Despite the central location the neighborhood where the hotel is located is quiet. This is a no frills hotel so no extra facilities. The room is small, typical of Tokyo, but clean and well-maintained.

Very convenient location, just a few steps behind Inaricho (G17) station. Staff is also very kind and accommodating. I lost my keycard but they replaced it without any extra charge

Stayed at Hotel Mystays Ueno East and overall it was a great experience. The location is very convenient, close to Ueno Station, making it easy to get around Tokyo. The room was clean, staff were polite, and check in was smooth. It could have been perfect if the air conditioning could be controlled inside the room. Since we stayed during winter, the centralized heating made the room a bit warm at times. Nevertheless, it was quickly fixed by simply opening the window to let the cold air in. Still a comfortable and good value stay. Would recommend for travelers looking for accessibility and convenience in Ueno.

Didnt appreciate this location as much as I did at the one around the back of this building on the account of the smokers out front but the concierge was top notch, very helpful and that lobby is large and perfect to hold your luggage for when you need to leave.
