Hotel location: The hotel has a very good location, it is near Ueno station. Has a lot of nearby convenience store such as Family-Mart, 7-Eleven and Lawson. Different restaurant/Fast food chain are also within the area. Service: The night shift staff (man) is accommodating when we checked-in. Cleanliness: Nice room but small for guest who has big luggage. Other: No provided drinking bottled water. You have to buy to the nearest convenience store or grocery.

easy check-in and check-out. location is great, very close to Ueno Station. There's a street food called Aeyoyama, if I'm not wrong, which has various food and pharmacies, etc.
