I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was outstanding — the staff were very friendly, efficient, and always quick to assist with any requests. Everything in here was so perfect. 3 nights have stayed here i felt like at home. From designs, staffs and services they were excellent. I think I will recommend to everyone who has a plan to visit here.❤️

the reception staff are wonderful! special shoutout to the young doorman/security guard! he was very friendly and helpful and made every interaction so pleasant. there’s free coffee and tea in the lobby and water refill machines. the only downside of the hotel is the cleanliness needs a lot of work, making up the room was simply straightening the covers and the towels have some smell to it. the area isn’t the best either due to nearby construction, but overall it was still conveniently located

everything was good. we really had so much fun here, especially my kid. location is very close to many attraction so it took a short duration for food delivery. good maintenance of cleanliness. staff were polite. we really enjoy the private pool, infinity pool, sky deck and even the gym with magnificent view. definitely will come again.

Overall experience in this hotel was awesome! The staffs are accommodating ,helps us book our car going back to airport for less price, The room is clean , no noise outside. Walking distance to masjid station, Petaling street China town , To Mydin Mall for PASALUBONG and all. We will book again and again if we go back to MALAYSIA, Easy access to all , Worth the Price ! i love this hotel. spacious, the ac is very cold, i love the bathtub, only thing i dont like is their tv doesnt have smart tv despite of the price they charged
