Stayed 3D2N. Overall a pleasant stay. Very convenient location and easy access. Room comfort is good, though soundproofing is average and shower temperature can be a bit tricky to adjust. Still good value for money.

Stayed at Ansa KL and switched from a Deluxe to a Superior room after checking both refurbished options—staff were helpful, though it’s best to coordinate via WhatsApp if you plan to change. The hotel has two entrances: the one near 7‑11 has a ramp, while the main entrance has stairs but staff will assist with luggage. Check‑in was smooth, the room was clean with complimentary water, and while the aircon works, it’s not super cold during peak summer. My Superior room didn’t have a fridge, but I didn’t really need it. The real highlight is the location—right across malls, food stalls, and convenience stores. Staff are professional but not overly warm, which suited me fine. Overall, you’re paying for convenience and cleanliness, not a 5‑star luxury vibe.
