fast and efficient way to go to KL Sentral. accessible through NU Sentral mall

The location is very near KL Sentral and NU Sentral. You can take KLIA Ekspres from the airport and just walk to the hotel. Very convenient! There are also a lot of restos around that is open 24/7 and there is a 7/11 as well.

I love the place! Near from KL Sentran Train Station which is convenient to go to KLCC TWIN TOWER and batu Caves. Also, nice and accommodating staff as well who always keep the room clean (everyday has a room cleaning) Will be back again

Room is good but aircon not too cold.staff cant communicate its well to us.

At first we got confused as there are 3 my hotel in KL Sentral.. but we were able to find what's on our booking...The room is ok, and clean, the only thing lacking are the toiletries, but instead of being stressed, we just thought, what we paid is just right on what we got.. But I hope next time, soap & shampoo will be available

Convience location. staff really support me. I made the wrong arrival date, however they supported me to update the date without charging. Tiny and clean room. Lacking lots of stuff like shampoo, tooth brush, towel,....

They allowed us to check in early in the morning and accommodated our request to leave our luggage in their looby

Booking confirmation received right after successful payment. Location is easy to find and very accessible to everything such as malls, restaurants, public and private transpo etc. The staff are kind and approachable—the frontdesk, bellboy and the room cleaners. Checking in was made clear and easy. Bringing bags to my room wasn’t a problem at all. Cleaners made sure that everyday they were able to collect the garbage, change the garbage plastic, replenish bottled water and toiletries. The only problems that I had were the room smelled old and small for my luggages and the provided chair had unpleasant smell. Everything else were good like the window, toilet, bed, tv, ac. Staying here was safe. I had my laptop left in my room everytime I went out and it never got stolen. They also have the keycard in the main door so no outsiders can enter the building. They also have cctv. Never had bad experience with their elevator and overall in my 10day stay. Thank you My Hotel @ KL Sentral! Will definitely stay again if I’ll go back to KL.

Hotel @ KL Sentral: Convenient Stay with Room for Improvement (4/5) We recently stayed at a hotel near KL Sentral, and overall, it was a decent experience, but there were a few things that could have been better. We’d rate it 4 out of 5 stars, primarily because of its excellent location. The hotel is very near to the train station, which made it super convenient for getting around the city. Plus, it’s close to grocery stores, convenience stores, food options, a mall, and even ATMs—everything you might need is just a short walk away! The room itself was small, but the air conditioning worked well, which was a relief after a long day of sightseeing. The room cleaners were polite and did a good job, though we did have to request bathroom tissue to be refilled, which was a bit inconvenient. Also, no toothbrush or toothpaste was provided, which felt like a standard amenity that should have been included. Unfortunately, there were a few downsides that stood out. The TV in our room wasn’t working, and there was no refrigerator, which would have been handy. The walls were a bit thin, so we could occasionally hear noise from other rooms. One thing we found unsettling was the flickering lights at the end of the hallway, which gave off a creepy vibe. The elevator was slow and creaky, but it got the job done, so no real complaints there. Despite these minor issues, the hotel provided a peaceful place to rest, and the location made our stay much more convenient. For travelers looking to be near KL Sentral and needing basic accommodations, it’s a good option, but just be prepared for a few quirks.
