Everything was fine except the room size. The room didn't have any mirror. Also, no such drinking water were provided. The balcony door didn't have any curtains. Cleaning the room wasn't free at all.

The lobby is quite hard to find but the hotel facilities are worth every penny. Will definitely look forward to check in here again. I enjoyed their gym and infinity pool with a great view of the petronas towers.

the place is great especially if travelling with kids. the kids enjoyed the pool. the place is complete with amenities, appliances and good thing is we are able to wash our clothes while enjoying our vacation. place is also near everything with a great view of the city.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The unit was comfortable, but the smell could be improved, especially in the bathroom as there was a noticeable unpleasant odor. It was also a little difficult to locate the reception area at first. Hopefully, these can be improved to make the stay more convenient and comfortable for future guests.
