रेस्टोरेंट के नवीनीकरण के बाद दोपहर के बुफे के लिए पहली बार आए, दोस्तों के साथ जन्मदिन मनाया। खाने की गुणवत्ता बहुत उच्च थी, जिसमें ओएस्टर (सीप), किंग क्रैब, साशिम, ठंडे झींगे, ठंडे घोंघे आदि शामिल थे। किस्मों की संख्या बहुत ज़्यादा नहीं थी, लेकिन ताज़ा होना सबसे महत्वपूर्ण है; अफसोस की बात है कि शनिवार को रेस्तरां में लगभग आधी सीटें ही भरी थीं, उम्मीद है कि भविष्य में व्यवसाय में सुधार होगा। पूरे अनुभव की सबसे बड़ी हैरानी यह थी कि बार स्टाफ ने मेहमानों के लिए मौके पर ही विशेष पेय बनाए। सामान्य कॉफी या चाय के अलावा, वे बर्फ और चीनी के बिना ठंडी लाटे (iced latte) या कॉफी टॉनिक आदि भी तैयार कर सकते थे। सभी दोस्त बहुत खुश थे, हमने दोपहर 12 बजे से 2:30 बजे तक आराम से खाते-पीते और बातें करते हुए समय बिताया। सप्ताहांत बिताने का यह एक बेहतरीन तरीका है, मैं आप सभी को इसे आजमाने की सलाह देता हूँ!

एक बेहद शानदार बुफे लंच का अनुभव! द आस्टर (The Astor) की पुरजोर सिफारिश की जाती है ✨ इस बार मैंने विशेष रूप से द आस्टर में बुफे लंच का आनंद लिया, और पूरे अनुभव को केवल "बेहद संतुष्ट" शब्दों में ही बयां किया जा सकता है। चाहे स्थान हो, सेवा हो या खाने की गुणवत्ता, सब कुछ मेरी उम्मीदों से कहीं बढ़कर था! उत्कृष्ट और सुविधाजनक स्थान 📍 यह रेस्तरां एटन होटल (Eaton Hotel) में स्थित है, और इसका स्थान बहुत सुविधाजनक है। बस या एमटीआर (MTR) स्टेशन से बाहर निकलते ही थोड़ी ही दूर पर यह मिल जाता है, जो बेहद आसान है। रेस्तरां की समग्र आंतरिक सजावट बहुत ही खास है, जिसमें पुरानी यादों वाला रेट्रो सिनेमाई अहसास और आधुनिक फैशन का आराम दोनों शामिल है। अंदर कदम रखते ही यह बहुत आरामदायक और आनंददायक महसूस होता है। बेदाग कर्मचारी सेवा 💯 मैं उस दिन के सभी फ्रंट-लाइन कर्मचारियों के सेवा रवای की विशेष रूप से सराहना करना चाहता हूँ! टेबल पर पहुँचाने से लेकर, प्लेटें हटाने और विभिन्न फूड काउंटरों के शेफ तक, हर कोई मुस्कुराता हुआ और विनम्र था। प्लेटें हटाने की गति बहुत तेज और कुशल थी, जिससे टेबल पर खाली प्लेटें बिल्कुल जमा नहीं हुईं, और वे हमेशा मेहमानों की ज़रूरतों का ध्यान रखते थे, जिससे घर जैसा आतिथ्य महसूस हुआ। अत्यंत उच्च गुणवत्ता वाला भोजन सीफूड और फूड 🦀 जो बात मुझे सबसे ज्यादा अचंभित कर गई, वह थी खाने की विविधता और गुणवत्ता! सीफूड बहुत ताज़ा था, ठंडे व्यंजनों में ओएस्टर (सीप) और ब्रेड क्रैब आदि को बहुत तेज़ी से भरा जा रहा था, और कभी भी खाली प्लेट देखने को नहीं मिली; गर्म व्यंजनों की किस्में विविध थीं, चाहे वह रोस्ट बीफ हो, रोस्ट लैम हो, स्वादिष्ट पके हुए व्यंजन हों या फिर बेहतरीन डिम सम, सभी का मसाला बिल्कुल सही था, जिससे शेफ की टीम की मेहनत महसूस होती थी। अंत में डेज़र्ट का दौर तो एक बेहतरीन समापन था, आइसक्रीम और विभिन्न प्रकार के सुंदर छोटे केक के बहुत सारे विकल्प थे, और इनका स्तर किसी हाई-एंड डेज़र्ट शॉप से कम नहीं था। संक्षेप में कहें तो: द आस्टर ने अपने माहौल, सेवा और भोजन, तीनों ही मामलों में बेहद उच्च स्तर का प्रदर्शन किया है, और इसका मूल्य (पैसा वसूल) बहुत अधिक है। यह निश्चित रूप से एक ऐसा डाइनिंग अनुभव है जो आपको बार-बार यहाँ आने पर मजबूर कर देगा, और अच्छे भोजन और बेहतरीन सेवा की तलाश करने वाले सभी दोस्तों को इसकी पुरजोर सिफारिश की जाती है!

This time, we booked the dinner buffet for a birthday celebration. The last time I visited was three years ago for the lunch buffet. While the variety of food isn't extensive, the quality is excellent. I'm grateful to the restaurant for arranging a window seat for us this time; the view was lovely. The evening atmosphere is much better than during the day. There weren't too many diners, and everyone was very orderly when getting food, allowing us to enjoy our meal in a quiet and comfortable environment. 👍🏻 A special mention goes to the attentive staff who constantly checked if any plates needed to be cleared. They even prepared a small cake and took photos of us with the night view from the window sill. 🙂 The theme of this buffet was Japanese cuisine, featuring dishes like sukiyaki and caviar wagyu sushi, which suited my current preference for lighter meals. Additionally, the ginseng chicken soup had a strong ginseng flavor without being too overpowering; I had three extra servings! The desserts were decent, and there was a good selection of homemade gelato flavors. One highlight was the unique baked goods; I even made my own mini pineapple bun. 🤭

It's a buy-one-get-one-free deal, and for the price of this lunch, there's an unexpectedly large amount of food, so it's no wonder the place was packed. The desserts, in particular, were very thoughtfully prepared and unique, including mango Napoleon, durian pancakes, crème brûlée mochi puffs, taro egg waffles, several kinds of soft cookies, and various Movenpick ice cream flavors. They were truly impressive and delicious. The seafood, such as oysters, shrimp, and clams, was standard, and surprisingly, there were even lobster claws. The salad was good. The hot dishes and Chinese options were average and could be improved. The Japanese sashimi wasn't cut to order; it was pre-cut and available for self-service, and the quality was just okay. Sushi, cold noodles, and similar items weren't particularly exciting. The service was normal. Overall, this meal offered excellent value for money, and I would definitely come again.

This time, I bought a Häagen-Dazs ice cream fondue voucher on Klook during a special offer, and it was incredibly cost-effective! The redemption process was very smooth; I just had to show the QR code at the store, which was convenient and quick. There was a rich variety of ice cream flavors, and they paired perfectly with the rich chocolate sauce. The packaging was exquisite, making it suitable for enjoying at home or as a gift. It was much cheaper than buying it directly at the store. I highly recommend it to friends who love desserts, and I will definitely repurchase it next time there's a promotion!

हाल ही में मैं शा टिन न्यू टाउन प्लाजा में चुई युएन डिम सम के लिए दो बार गया था। डिम सम अच्छा था, और जब मैंने Klook पर एक ऑफर देखा तो मैंने कूपन खरीद लिया। 6 जून को सुबह लगभग 10:30 बजे मैं वहाँ पहुँचा, कर्मचारी बहुत अच्छे थे। जल्दी पहुँचने पर भी उन्होंने तुरंत बैठने की व्यवस्था कर दी। लेकिन उस दिन का डिम सम बहुत निराशाजनक था। तली हुई चीजें पर्याप्त गर्म नहीं थीं, ऐसा लग रहा था जैसे उन्हें कुछ समय के लिए रखा गया हो। उनकी परत सूखी और नरम थी, कुरकुरी नहीं। झींगा डंपलिंग और सिउ माई तो और भी खराब थे। ऐसा लग रहा था जैसे वे सुपरमार्केट से खरीदे गए जमे हुए, पहले से बने डिम सम हों। सिउ माई में बहुत अधिक मोनोसोडियम ग्लूटामेट (MSG) था। मैंने सोचा, क्या Klook के डिम सम पहले से बने होते हैं? मैंने वेटर से पूछा। उन्होंने कहा कि रसोई Klook और सामान्य ग्राहकों के बीच अंतर नहीं करती है, लेकिन यह बहुत अजीब था, उस दिन का डिम सम वैसा नहीं था जैसा मैं आमतौर पर खाता हूँ। लेकिन रेस्तरां के कर्मचारी बहुत विनम्र थे।

I've always wanted to bring my husband to Felix for the experience. Many years ago, my sister and I came here for drinks, and at the time, I felt the place was quite dark and not as beautiful as I'd imagined. My memory might be a bit hazy now, so this time I specifically came with my husband to celebrate my birthday, and it was a wonderful experience. As soon as we entered the hotel lobby, the lobby manager escorted us directly to the elevator up to the restaurant, and then arranged a window seat for us, which was very thoughtful. Although I specifically called ahead to arrange it, the hotel did their best to accommodate my request, so I was very satisfied. As for the food, it was, of course, exceptional. The seafood in the seafood tower was very fresh. The dish that truly amazed me was the hot appetizer—the duck breast. The skin was crispy, and the meat inside was tender, almost like eating roast goose, not at all like the dry texture usually associated with duck breast. It was incredibly delicious. Besides that, the ambiance was excellent; we enjoyed our meal while looking out at the night sea view. All the staff that evening were very friendly, and finally, they presented me with birthday chocolates. It was truly a perfect start to the evening and a wonderful dining experience. The Hong Kong Ocean Park Marriott Hotel's buffet, "Steaming Hot All-You-Can-Eat Lobster, Unbeatable!" is the ultimate choice for a satisfying and abundant buffet. The food selection is rich and delicious, featuring both Chinese and Western dishes, and the buy-one-get-one-free price offers great value! However, because all the food options are incredibly tempting, even though I come here to enjoy the dinner buffet once or twice a month, I truly can't try everything! So, don't worry about the line for the "hot lobster" being longer than an army; many people, including myself, only eat half or one lobster. The reason is to save room for exploring all sorts of other delicious foods. You'll be surprised to find that soon "no one is queuing for lobster, because all the other delicacies are too good!" Also, the staff are polite and incredibly quick at clearing plates, true professional "plate-clearing specialists" – but they don't clear alien UFO "flying saucers." So, you definitely won't find any trace or information about the Hong Kong Marriott Hotel's "Pier Lounge & Bar" buffet's "generational plate-clearing specialists" in the recently declassified U.S. "UFO flying saucer files"! Haha!
