Yilan में होटल

This was our second stay. The first room we were assigned had a clogged shower drain. After reporting it to the front desk, someone was immediately sent to fix it. The staff member worked on it for over 10 minutes but couldn't resolve the issue, so they promptly moved us to a different room. In the second room, we noticed a lot of uncleaned foam when rinsing the cold pool, so the cleanliness might need more attention. However, the overall experience was still quite good. Breakfast is available until 1 PM, and the selection is very rich, which is definitely the hotel's strongest selling point.

सेवा का रवैया बहुत अच्छा था, जैसे ही हम पार्किंग में पहुँचे, एक समर्पित व्यक्ति ने हमारा मार्गदर्शन किया, बस यही बात बहुत अच्छी लगी। चेक-इन के बाद बिस्तर भी बहुत आरामदायक था, बाथटब बड़ा था, नाश्ते में मुख्य व्यंजन चुनने का विकल्प था (+ अन्य सलाद बार), सलाद बार में चीज़ें थोड़ी कम थीं, लेकिन मुख्य व्यंजन होने के कारण पेट भर गया था! होटल का समग्र माहौल सुरुचिपूर्ण और आरामदायक है, मैं फिर से यहाँ ठहरना चाहूँगा।

This was my first stay at the Lakeshore Hotel Yilan. There's really nothing to eat or see around the hotel, so you need your own transportation, otherwise it's not very convenient. The evening snacks and breakfast were both good. It's a shame that the Yilan branch doesn't have sauna facilities; that's a bit of a drawback.

Upon check-in, the staff diligently explained the operating hours for various facilities, but there were so many that I couldn't remember them all. I had to call the front desk again to inquire. I suggest providing a small card with the room key as a reminder, or allowing guests to take a photo during check-in. The room size was perfect for two adults and one child. The day before, the front desk called specifically to confirm guest information, and the amenities were prepared correctly. This was very thoughtful. During our stay, it rained heavily, and the shuttle service between the hotel and the annex was very convenient and considerate. The service staff were also very polite and patient. All facilities met our expectations; the breakfast, in particular, was unexpectedly good! The only suggestion is to add more children's facilities for a perfect experience. 😊

Breakfast: There were many delicious options, but the flow of traffic was not ideal, and the restaurant space was small, leading to congestion. Service: The staff were all very friendly. Hotel Location: It's a bit far from the main street, but generally within a 10-minute walk. Cleanliness: Excellent. For a hot spring accommodation, having a dehumidifier is a very important detail. Transportation Convenience: There's a large outdoor parking lot, and it's not too far to walk to the train station or transfer station. The location is great.

My wife suddenly said her back was aching and she wanted to go to a hot spring. She just casually Googled this incredibly luxurious hot spring hotel, and oh my goodness! It was very comfortable to stay in, and we'll definitely come back again if we have the chance.

I highly recommend booking your hotel through Klook! It's super convenient, and the hotel offers many activities. Booking with Klook also included lots of free park activities, which were incredibly fun. Both adults and children loved it!

The public bath is very diverse. The downside is that there are too many people. The breakfast and dinner are plentiful. The bathtub in the room is not very big. Although you can't see the TV from the bed view, the night view in front is very beautiful🤩. I was lucky to be arranged to have breakfast at a scenic spot.

I was looking forward to my stay, and it was a wonderful inn, just as I imagined. I was able to relax in nature, and it was a lovely stay. I was happy that the staff who spoke Japanese were so kind and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, just as rumored, and I was very satisfied. I was really looking forward to dinner, but I was disappointed to learn that they only serve hot pot now, which has been the case for several years. Shopping at the center was also fun, and I'm glad I came to this hotel.
