The hotel was conveniently located in the heart of District 1. Every where we wanted to visit was just walking distance. The staff was accomodating. Service was nice. Breakfast was superb. Will miss the french toast and the fried rice. The hotel was clean. They provided daily room service. Highly recommend this hotel

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux ! L'hôtel est idéalement situé et offre un excellent rapport qualité-prix ! Tout ce dont nous avions besoin était à quelques pas, y compris McDonald's, 7-Eleven et Little Hanoi. Il était donc très facile de prendre de la nourriture ou des produits essentiels. L'emplacement est en plein centre-ville et très accessible aux principaux sites touristiques, ce qui facilitait les déplacements. La chambre était confortable (ce que vous voyez sur les photos est ce que vous obtenez) et avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour un séjour relaxant. Si vous recherchez un endroit pratique, central, abordable et parfait pour explorer la ville, cet hôtel est un excellent choix. Fortement recommandé !

I arrived at the hotel around 9am, so I had to wait until 2pm before I can check in. Unfortunately, its almost 3pm but they were still not done cleaning / prepping the room. So, the staff transferred me to one of their other branches which was about 3 mins away (I think Hotel Nicecy Daily was the name of this other branch). The branch I originally booked was aesthestically better than the branch I was transferred into but the latter was still good also. They cleaned the room daily and after your checkout date, you can still leave your luggage with them while you go around. For transportation convience esp when taking grab, always remeber the address of the hotel as there are many hotel nicecy branches all over Saigon.

The staff are very accommodating and responsive. they help us carry our luggages upon check in and durung check out. wifi is good, mattress are clean, washroom is spacious and neat. near many tourist spots and feels safe around the area

Great stay overall! I stayed at The Blue Hotel for one night and had a very pleasant experience. The room was clean, very spacious, and offered a great view, which made the stay even more relaxing. The only downside is the location—it’s a bit far from nearby restaurants and convenience stores. That said, the comfort and cleanliness of the place more than made up for it. Nous n'aurions pas passé un séjour aussi agréable à l'hôtel White Lotus sans son personnel exceptionnel. Tout le monde était aimable, accessible et serviable malgré la barrière de la langue. Henry et Phillip nous ont aidés avec nos bagages lourds de l'enregistrement au départ, offrant toujours leur assistance avec le sourire. Tammy, que nous voyions souvent au buffet du petit-déjeuner, préparait nos œufs, nos omelettes et nos nouilles exactement comme nous les aimions, sa chaleur nous rappelait la maison. Tina nous accueillait gentiment chaque fois que nous nous rencontrions près de l'ascenseur et veillait à ce que notre chambre soit impeccable et confortable chaque jour. À la réceptionniste qui nous a accueillis chaleureusement et a gentiment accepté notre départ tardif, merci ! Nous nous sommes vraiment sentis tristes au moment du départ. Notre séjour a été inoubliable, rempli de sourires et de gentillesse de la part de tous ceux que nous avons rencontrés. Nous chérirons ces moments et espérons revenir un jour pour revoir tous ces visages familiers et amicaux. Merci, White Lotus Hotel, d'avoir rendu notre voyage à Saigon si spécial.

Cannot stress this enough but amazing location, super convenient and easy to walk to the main attractions in District 1. Pool as pictured, they have a gym and breakfast! Lovely staff that speak English. Note that they will ask for a refundable deposit at the start of your visit. Amazing crab noodle place right next to it and some great foodstalls across. Convenience store (7-11 and K-star) nearby. Had a great stay

the slide and front side was in construction :( and the ramp going up was too steep it was a bit dangerous esp when raining but the staff was very axcommodating. it had a good location the other road was k-town had a lot of restos and close to branches to diff known roasters if you are a coffee lover! can go for a 10-15 min walk towards the center near opera house, new playground so it was a good location
