Nice location, easy to find. Opted for aromatherapy. Got to pick the essential oil. It was a full body massage. Very professional masseuse. Was served ginger tea before and after massage.

Went for the couple’s package and had a very good experience! There were a few options to choose from, including an ear candle and a back & head massage. We selected the back & head massage and really enjoyed it. The effects of the massage could be felt right away.
It was also my first time trying a body scrub, and I really enjoyed it. All the staff were very kind and friendly. Would definitely return to try out their other services!

Je suis allé à la succursale Spa Centeal Nagoya - Ça vaut vraiment le prix ! Facile de communiquer avec le personnel via Whatsapp pour organiser la réservation. Belle ambiance, très relaxant !

Merveilleuse réflexologie plantaire à l'Amartha Spa. Le personnel de la réception est aimable et les thérapeutes sont compétents et courtois. Le thé au gingembre chaud et la part de gâteau au chocolat après la réflexologie étaient également excellents. Je reviendrai !

Une expérience de massage merveilleuse et relaxante ! Les thérapeutes étaient professionnels et compétents, l'ambiance était propre et paisible, et le service m'a fait me sentir complètement rafraîchi. Un endroit parfait pour se détendre après une longue journée.

hotel location: a 15 minute distance to Nagoya, accessible since it's located on main road
breakfast: a good spread of local and international food
service: great staff, they were all warm and friendly
cleanliness: room was really clean and larger than we expected

Great resort. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious, neat and tidy. However we were disappointed that wakeboarding was not available when we wanted to have some water sports activities. Overall, a decent resort

comfortable hotel with great location to grand Batam mall, BCS mall and various massages and salons area. many food options nearby too. sound proofing could be better but not too big of an issue. overall, great stay with a good variety of hotel breakfast too, will come back
