L'enregistrement était prévu à 15h00, mais ma famille est arrivée à 15h20. Ils nous ont informés que la chambre n'était pas encore prête. Finalement, à 15h30, ils ont reçu un appel et ont pu obtenir une chambre. Sur ce point, ils doivent s'améliorer. Il est compréhensible que ce soient les vacances scolaires. Cependant, le départ est déjà à 15h00, ce qui est assez tard. Reporter cela alors que le départ est à midi n'est pas idéal.

cosy hotel. nice rooms. clean and very friendly and helpful front desk staff. eveyone is always smiling.

good, easy access, staff polite & kind, very clean and easy to walk around to buy some goodies. hopefully it can maintain the goodness.👍

so far everything good, especially location is very convenient for us to go out bar for drinking and have morning also. There is a side walk along the river and we can have a fun with viewing Kuching famous view.

Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a large bathtub which we really liked. However, the room and bathroom were quite dusty, it felt like it hadn’t been used for a while. Housekeeping definitely needs to improve on cleanliness. The staff were polite, helpful, and cooperative throughout our stay, especially the receptionist who assisted us patiently. The hotel is currently under renovation, so some facilities are unavailable, the pool was closed, but they offered access to Hilton’s pool instead, which was a nice gesture. Most of the restaurants were also closed due to renovation, but breakfast was temporarily served at Level 22. There were plenty of choices and the food was surprisingly good. Overall, it’s a decent stay with good service, but I hope the cleanliness and renovation issues will be improved soon. cleanliness: 3/5 hotel location: 5/5 breakfast: 4/5

good location, room is sufficient but unfortunately there's a lot of dust on the floor behind the room door which was not cleaned by housekeeping for many days or months.

it’s always our favorite place to stay in Miri. we love the minimalist lay out of the rooms. kid friendly hotel. booked their service apartment more than 6 times already. the staff are very accomodating. we love the infinity pool too. overall, it is a higy recommended hotel and service apartment.

Strategic location with great staff and atmosphere. easy access to go around the town by walking distance only
