we stayed here for three nights during our mini moon in taipei. the room was spacious and comfortable. a lot of reviews mentioned hearing other guests through the walls. perhaps we were just lucky, but we didn't hear anything other than the occasion door closing. we were on the 6th floor and it was super convenient to have a water dispenser on the floor. upon check out, I did notice a strong cigarette smell on the 3/F where the reception is. luckily, on our floor we didn't smell this. the location is convenient, close to zhongshan MRT stop and lots of buses. the hotel is old and can do with a facelift, but good value for the price.
