Need hair conditioner. Toilet flushing mechanism can be improved. Some staff very helpful. Some don’t speak English

Solo stay

Polite staff. Lobby, hallway and room are bright and clean. Drinks and snacks are restocked daily and appreciated. The biggest issue is the constant lack of hot water. I stayed for 5 days and the water is cold regardless the time of the day. I even ran the water for 5 minutes and it was not even lukewarm at the hottest setting, which forced me to take cold showers.

三人房房間寬敞，二張加大雙人床，有很大的長桌可以辦公。浴室也很大間，浴廁一間。窗戶打開還可看到101，可惜窗戶不是那麼乾淨。早餐也很不錯

I stayed 3 nights, the breakfast was good. They forgot to clean my room the 2nd day. So far it was not bad. I will be back for staying there next time.
