I booked this place using the taiwan hotel 5000 twd promotion. But seem staff has much difficulty in processing the order when check in. First they cannot processed the day before check in date. Then when they tried again in the check in date , they could not access the system to cash in the voucher. They can only manage to cash the voucher after much time in afternoon.

Great hotel to stay at, very clean and amenities are great. There’s breakfast served between 8:30 and 10:30 and there are bicycles you can borrow to cycle around the city. Only thing to note is that you need to wear slippers provided by them when going up and the shoes need to be stored at the ground floor.
