Nice hotel in Taichung. The room was clean and large, the bed was enormous as well and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helped us with our inquiry on travelling to Sun Moon Lake. The only issue we had was that the fridge in our room did not work, luckily the staff stored our breakfast in another fridge downstairs which was very helpful and alleviated the problem.

wonderful hotel experience from the front desk people that were super helpful to a cool lobby all the way to a great room with good beds. rustic looking place but with all up to date ammenetities. would definitely stay here again.

location no really very near to train station, having a luggage to push and the road is quite bumpy. But is close to night market. The hotel booking system reflected my booking was a smaller room, but staff was polite and settle it promptly by changing it to what I had booked. And lucky there was room available.

receptionist not really friendly and the make up room not well done. they will only help you tidy up the bed and change the towel, refilled water. The bathroom floor is not even cleaned and the cups that we use is not even wash UNLESS you request for it.

First time stay in Taichung, The hotel is amazing. we got full breakfast provided evey day while we stayed. Staffs are super friendly. Hotel is closed to all the amenities and attractions. we have tried the local food. they are amazing

Hotel is walkable distance to Taichung TSR, Miyahara, Taichung Second Market. Location is quite close to Yi Zhong Night Market as well (about 15 minutes walk).
Check-in is done via the machines at the lobby. You can only check in at or after 15:00. Hotel staff allowed us to store our luggage at the lobby as we reached quite early.
Hotel room is of a decent size. It’s quite clean except for a few dusty spots. Bathroom had a bidet which is a plus!
Hotel breakfast had a decent spread. Soya milk offered was really good! The food offered also refreshes, ensuring that you’re not eating the same food every morning.
Overall a good experience for me and I would recommend the hotel. :)
