We arrived at around 11 in the evening, so it was great that we were able to check in late. There was staff 24/7. It was a relatively easy location to spot. I liked the amenities inside the room. We got a bathtub, a refrigerator, a cabinet, and a big, spacious bed. For the price we paid, it was worth it. We spent about 1,900 per night. We got it just a few days before our scheduled arrival, so it was a good price.

1st time visiting Hanoi, Vietnam with family glad to choose this hotel... The Hotel is few walks from st. Joseph's Cathedral and from the Hoan Kiem lake, since it is surrounded with souvenir shops, great cafes and restaurants there were no problem with food choices and places to go. The room is clean, the staff are accommodating and very polite which is a plus plus point. Cảm ơn rất nhiều Bay luxury hotel and spa.
