This hotel is definitely dated. It has a classic 'rich' style upholstery everywhere but it seems quite shabby in some ways. There is a laundry service that charges per item of laundry and it adds up really quick. The closest laundromats are not horribly convenient so it lost a star for that.

Hotel was very near to Taipei main station. My first time there which takes some time to get accustomed to the signs; m3 exit wasn't that easy to find :) Staff were very friendly and the breakfast have offered lots of variety of food.

Great location as it is next to Taipei main station and underground shopping street. Breakfast spread is great. Staff generally are nice and responsive. The room's wifi is really bad and slow. Cannot load app and video.

We have a nice stay and the room is quiet even though we are beside the road. Though the breakfast buffet is not that my type but still the stagg are welcoming and the location is top tier. Near bus stops and MRT. There are also 2 convenience stores beside the hotel.
