I’m really glad I booked my hotel through Klook. The listing was completely accurate—the rooms were clean, the facilities were modern, and the location was extremely convenient, close to shops and the train station. The instant confirmation and smooth check-in process also saved me time and money. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay and I highly recommend Klook for reliable hotel bookings. As for the hotel itself, we truly enjoyed our stay. It’s close to many amenities, and upon arrival we were welcomed with free-flow pancakes, drinks, and sweets. They even provide a room stocked with complimentary toiletries and offer free luggage storage for guests. They also offer a free shuttle to/from Disney which is very convenient. A great choice for travellers looking for a hotel near Disney. We’ll definitely be coming back!

I love Hilton tokyo bay hotel. it is our 2ndtime stay there. the first time is about 3 years ago but until now the quality of their services and cleanliness are not change still the best. I love that the comfort room its so clean. I even request a birthday surprise for my niece they arrange a birthday cake before we arrive at the hotel less hassle to buy a cake outside. we also request for a crib during the reservation. overall it's 10/10

I chose this hotel to visit Disneyland, and I was generally satisfied. The staff is very kind, and the accessibility to Disneyland is excellent. There's a free shuttle every 10 minutes, and as a hotel with Happy Entry, it's a relatively cost-effective option. You don't need to prepare for an early morning open run with your child; you can have breakfast and go at a leisurely pace and still enter 15 minutes early. It's a bit old, but it's well-maintained and clean, so it was fine. I chose a garden view room, and we could use the sofa as a bed, so each of us had a spacious bed. I stayed here for two nights after staying in the city for two nights, and it seems like the best choice for a Tokyo Disneyland trip.

fun themed hotel and rooms. very nice staff with amenities in the room. the rooms are small though, so be prepared if you ha e a few bigger people

Nice services, staffs are very polite, room so clean and mostly convenient to all place, airport bus very cheap, hotel support free ridento Tokyo station and sky tree too, hotel also provide free service to Shin-Urayasu station and disneyland tas well. Must try it out, back of the hotel there is a sea and nice park that you can exercise or a walk, only 5 mins walk to local superstore mall.

The room was large, and the breakfast had many options. The French toast was delicious. They allowed early check-in and arranged for the luggage to be delivered directly to the room, and there was also a free shuttle to the station. I would consider staying here again in the future.

my family really had fun staying here, it has the most spacious and clean hotel we stayed in tokyo. definitely will be coming back again.

The hotel is very good. It's a bit old, but it's clean and nice. There are games for the kids to play. The breakfast is adequate. The location is good for visiting Disneyland and DisneySea. The sea view from the room is wonderful. There are plenty of places for children to play. Excellent.

Good hotel can turn up with just your clothe. As has all toiletries etc. stayed with family kids 10&11 room was fine had 4x single beds. were a bit hard but fine as tired from all the walking you will be doing. Access to the parks was ok the Disneyland railway 5min walk was a shame you aren't allowed to use the Disneysea entrance beside the station as would make things so much easier. Its reserved for Fantasy Springs/Toy Story Hotel guests only. Which means you have to take to train 300Yen per person to the main Disneysea gate as well as Disneyland. Train only goes one direction. I get this priority entrance for entry but not exit as means an extra 30-40min walk/train instead of 5min walk to hotel. There is a Lawson at Hilton next door 5min walk be great if had one in hotel
