we were amazed that staying there does not grantee us the 15 min entrance to Disney Sea and it’s only available to Disneyland. it was not written anywhere and we had that hotel booked especially for that special day. other than that, great hotel.

Check in process took half n hour as the hotel staff cannot find the booking number in their system. Fortunately, they did not turn us down ,but to take a photo of the booking details via klook and email confirmation from Klook. Surprisingly, hotel staff said they only channel to book hotel is via their officer website.
