My stay at Lotte Hotel World was absolutely wonderful! The hotel environment was comfortable and clean, and the room was spacious and well-equipped, allowing for complete relaxation. A special thank you to Sung at the front desk, whose service was friendly and professional. When we encountered an issue, he handled it with great efficiency and resolved it quickly, making the entire check-in process smooth and reassuring. Both the service quality and the comfort of the accommodation were impressive. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Seoul and will recommend it to my friends and family. Nice hotel. Near coffee shops and three convenience stores. Free bottled water and coffee. However, water is draining slowly in the shower but that's minimal issue for me.

Great location. The hotel is near bus stop, subway station and convenience stores. We will definitely book again here.

Had a very comfortable stay, room was spotless and well-maintained. Perfect location and Seokchon lake was just within walking distance. Most of the staff were very helpful and friendly, except for one staff who was quite rude as she expressed her unhappiness and frustration by sighing alot when the refund of the deposit during check-out did not go through due to an error on the POS machine and she did not provide a clear explanation as to when will I receive the refund for the deposit, she just said check-out completed and we will refund you the deposit. This was quite disappointing for a 5-star hotel standard.

Very nice hotel. Has everything you need. Very close to the subway station and bus stations. Has convenience stores a minute away by foot and is very near Seochon Lake and Lotte World Tower.

Definitely had a great stay , bus station is in front , toiletres are included, everyday they fix and cleaned our room , beddings are clean and comfy . The one incharge is so nice with us . A very good hotel overall. While the location is slightly away from the main tourist areas, it is conveniently close to a Line 5 (Purple Line) subway station. The staff are very helpful and provide excellent service. Guests can also leave their luggage before check-in.

great food in the hotel lobby cafe while I wait for check in at 3:30pm. Room was nice, good bed and nice view. will stay again
