it was a nice hotel… however the room didn’t come with some basic necessities such as body wash and shampoo. The service was good and the room was clean

The location is not near attractions but if you know how the transportation works it won’t matter. There is a convenience store if you need food or other things. Easy check in and check out if you book through klook. Room is spacious and the bathroom (has a bathtub) is separated. from the room.

There will be someone to accommodate you but the one who attended to us didn’t feel as friendly or approachable. She may have been preoccupied. Anyways, moving to the actual hotel room… the one we got smelled heavily with cigarettes. The location is great enough but not you’ll still need to commute to tourist places. it was alright. The bathroom was good.

ok! this place is the best for me! its kinda far from the touristic places but its quiet! spacious, big area to move around, bathroom with tub! separate toilet with wash basin in the middle! was so nice.its quite old building but it works! only suggestion is too loose the table with non working pc and instead put a cabinet for clothes. they clean everyday! convenience store down, free drinks and coffee! please bring your own toiletries! i love it that the remote is in control👍

staff rude , not welcoming atmosphere . no shampoo, no soap provided . no consideration as we only stayed for 5 hours for a full rate as we got lost going to hotel. and even called our room early to remind us check out . very inconsiderate being seniors !

The place was clean and i was surprised that the room was spacious. I just didn't see a cabinet or probably haven't found it, but it was no big deal for me. Also, if you wanted to wait at the hotel until your checkin there is 7/11 beside it. They have no lobby downstairs.

I don't know why some people are not happy with this accomodation but honestly it was the best I've ever booked. subway station is near and bus station as well there was also a 7/11 connected to the hotel and there's always a staff. the room was spacious too and showers and sink have heaters. they change the towels everyday and there's a free mini bar where you can get tea, rice wine, shine muscat soda and other tea. will surely book on this hotel again. we enjoyed our stay it was comfortable ❤️ staffs and people from the convenience storw are always helpful.
