We've stayed in different hotels in Seoul and can definitely say that we had our fair share of disappointments in our past trips. So happy with Hotel in 9 given that we flew during BTS' Busan concert and as you know was a crazy week for fans like us. We were a group of 5 and very pleased with the easy check in and out, the rooms were clean, amenities were available, bidet too! Location is superb and staff are friendly and can converse well. We will be back for sure!

Second time to book at this hotel primarily for its location as it is right across calt and coex. Samseong exit 5 subway station is about a 5-10 minute walk, very near and easy to go to. There are also nearby bus stops for easy transportation. While rooms are on the smaller side, it is clean and comfortable. Staff are accommodating as well as we had an online package delivered. You can also leave your luggages with them after check out if you have a late night flight.

The room was clean, spacious. Only downside was that there is only 1 shower for such a big space which means we had to wait to take turns and shower.

This was my second visit to Gangnam this year, staying for three nights on a trip with my daughter. It reaffirmed the excellent Toyoko Inn quality, where every detail is taken care of. The location is great, and the value for money is outstanding, with free breakfast, comfortable beds, complimentary amenities, USB ports, vending machines with snacks and drinks at convenience store prices, a coin laundry, microwave, coin lockers, and polite staff who speak Japanese. We were very satisfied and comfortable; we'll definitely be returning.

The hotel lobby has a sophisticated atmosphere, and there's a small meeting room available one floor down. However, the room was smaller than expected, and the deluxe double bed size felt different from the photos; two people would be quite close if one person is a bit larger. On the positive side, the soundproofing was excellent; I couldn't hear the morning cleaning, and it wasn't noisy when I returned in the evening, so the quality of rest was good. The hotel is within a 10-minute walk of the subway, but it's located on a steep hill. The hotel does not offer umbrella rental; you have to purchase one for 5,000 Korean Won. I recommend buying one at the convenience store across the street instead.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel from check-in to check-out. The staff were accommodating. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with complete amenities that made the stay relaxing and convenient.
The location was also excellent — close to restaurants, shops, and transportation, making it easy to explore the area. I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and how well-maintained the facilities were.
Overall, it was a great experience and definitely worth it. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and outstanding service. Looking forward to staying here again in the future.

Cleanliness: Since the hotel recently opened, it was very clean and comfortable. Transportation Access: I primarily used taxis, so there weren't any major issues. However, the hotel is located at the top of a very steep hill, so I imagine it would be quite difficult to get there on foot or with luggage.

The hotel's proximity to the station was very convenient. There were also many famous shops nearby, which made it easy to drop off my purchases and then head back out. Despite being so close to everything, it was surprisingly quiet at night; I didn't hear any train noise or sounds from the neighboring rooms. I brought my own amenities, but there wasn't a spoon for coffee. If you plan to eat yogurt or ramen that you've bought, you'll need to bring your own utensils.

Although it was a bit far from Gangnam Station, the room was chic and clean. The L'Occitane amenities were also a nice touch. There was also complimentary water, slippers, a bathrobe, and coffee and tea.
