Take the Ropeway gondola up Mount Tenguyama for a top view of Otaru city and the beautiful sea. You can exchange your QR code for a physical ticket at the counter and also receive a free postcard and a 10% discount at Tenguu Cafe. At the top, there's a Chipmunk Garden, Tengu Shrine, and other activities to enjoy.

I highly recommend the Klook Hokkaido day tour I recently took! The itinerary was excellent, taking us through Otaru, Cape Kamui, and finally to the Tenguyama Observatory to enjoy the sunset and night view. The scenery was so beautiful that it was hard to leave; every spot was worth visiting.
The gradient blue waters of Cape Kamui were especially stunning, and watching the sunset from Tenguyama, followed by the city lights coming on, was definitely the highlight of the entire trip! The timing, from daytime to evening and then to the night view, was perfectly arranged – never feeling rushed or like time was wasted.
The biggest bonus this time was our driver and guide, Mr. Wei (David). His service attitude was incredibly friendly and enthusiastic. He was patient throughout the journey and provided insightful information about the attractions, making the whole trip relaxing and worry-free. He also drove very smoothly. This small group tour is truly convenient for first-time visitors to Hokkaido who want to explore several attractions in one go.
I was very satisfied with the entire day's itinerary, scenery, time management, and the service of our driver and guide. It was a very pleasant and memorable day trip! I will recommend it to my friends and family in the future.

We were blessed to have Rick as our tour guide. He is very knowledgeable and speaks English, Chinese and Japanese fluently. The itinerary was well planned, and we had so much fun today.
We also had an excellent driver, which made it easy to relax and rest on the bus between stops. If you’re climbing Cape Kamui, do wear comfortable shoes. It’s quite a climb, but the views are absolutely worth it. Highly recommend this tour, especially for first-time visitors to Hokkaido!

Honestly, I don't even want to give one star, but low ratings make reviews appear at the very end! Taiwanese people, please pay attention! This tour group is organized by Chinese operators. After you go, you'll be mistaken for a Chinese tour group and disliked by locals. Plus, the equipment, including snow jackets and pants, is dirty and old. Of course, there's no insurance, and the snowboards look like they'll break after two uses—they're completely unsafe! I wouldn't recommend this even for beginners, let alone the free plan, because the instructions are practically nonexistent, which is very dangerous! If you're considering this free plan, you'd be better off taking a tourist bus to the ski resort locally and then just renting equipment there. At least then you can adjust the gear... and the price difference isn't that much. Please be aware, everyone in Taiwan!

We had a fantastic trip visiting Shakotan Blue, the Otaru Canal, and Shiroi Koibito Park. Our tour guide, Hong, was exceptional—his communication regarding meeting points and tour expectations was always clear and well-organized. I was particularly impressed by his ability to fluently speak Korean, English, and Chinese, effortlessly catering to the diverse nationalities in our group. Highly recommended!
