Visiting Sanrio Puroland was truly a childhood dream come true! We went on our last day in Tokyo, arriving around 1 p.m. I was worried at first because of the crowds and thought we wouldn’t be able to do much. Luckily, each ride has machines where you can buy PUROPASS priority tickets (1000 yen for two people), which saved our day. With them, we managed to enjoy everything we wanted despite the limited time: the boat ride, My Melody Drive, and Lady Kitty House where we met Hello Kitty and took pictures.
The highlight was definitely the Miracle Gift Parade, a magical way to end our visit, followed by shopping for exclusive merchandise at the gift shop. I booked the entrance tickets through Klook since the official website was confusing.
Food: cute snacks and small lunchboxes rather than big meals, but they’re tasty and part of the fun.
One important tip: bring cash. PUROPASS machines, and some purchases require it.
